Woodside Weddings is a ministry of Grace Ridge Church in Honesdale, Pa. As a business-as-mission, every wedding and event hosted with us generates revenue that supports both our local mission partners and our partners in Togo, Africa. When you celebrate with Woodside, you're not only creating lifelong memories - you're helping us share the Gospel in our community and around the world.
Supporting Healthcare in Togo
A portion of every wedding hosted at Woodside helps fund the Hospital of Hope in Mango, Togo. This 66-bed facility is a vital medical center for northern Togo and surrounding regions, offering surgical, medical, and emergency care to people who otherwise may not have access to it.
In 2023, the hospital expanded and launched a General Surgery training program in partnership with the Pan-African Academy of Christian Surgeons (PAACS). This program equips local Christian doctors with medical and spiritual training to serve their communities in both body and soul.
More Than Medicine: Serving in Community
Our partnership in Togo goes beyond healthcare. Team members from our Woodside community have had the opportunity to:
• Help with building projects that improve infrastructure and living conditions
• Spend time with children in local villages and at the hospital, offering play, crafts, and comfort
• Engage in fellowship and spiritual encouragement with local missionaries and community members
• Support ongoing ministry through prayer, education, and discipleship opportunities
There are many ways to serve, whether it’s swinging a hammer, holding a little hand, or simply being present in love and humility.
