Frequently Asked Questions 

What do your packages include? 

Our packages include the ceremony site of your choice, the reception barn, ceremony seating, reception seating, farmhouse style tables, chairs, flatware, dinner plates, water goblets, wine glasses, champagne flutes, cleaning fees, staffing fees, and usage of our state of the art commercial kitchen 

Are there hotels in the area? 

There are multiple Bed and Breakfast locations and AirBnb locations relatively close to the Woodside Property. The Mission House is also available to rent for an additional cost per night. This cost includes shared lodging for up to 30 people. 

Are we allowed to have alcohol onsite? 

YES! Alcohol is allowed onsite, however we do require a bartender who is RAMP certified and insured. We will ask for proof before your event. 

When are we allowed to begin setting up decorations? 

Our bride and groom are our priority. In order to help ease the stress of wedding prep we allow access to the property the Wednesday before the wedding. 

If we have access to the property, can we stay over Wednesday - Sunday? 

YES! This is available, we would just talk the details through as this would look different for each wedding. 

Do you host other events besides weddings? 

YES! We host parties, retreats, and meetings. Our space is versatile and offers many options to accommodate our guests. Just ask Vanessa and she is happy to help figure out all the details.
